Terms of Service

1. What SellOnDM is

SellOnDM is a checkout tool. Sellers share a link, and buyers use it to choose products, give their delivery details and pay the seller.

The seller, not SellOnDM, sells the product. The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller, and the seller is responsible for the product, its description, its price, delivery and refunds.

2. Payments

Buyers pay the seller directly by UPI, using their own UPI app. SellOnDM never receives or holds your money, and is not a payment service.

An order is confirmed only after the seller checks that the payment has reached them. A UTR or screenshot is a claim of payment until the seller confirms it.

Your UPI app and bank apply their own terms and limits to each payment.

3. For buyers

Give your real name, a complete delivery address and a mobile number the seller can reach. Send only a UTR or screenshot of a payment you actually made.

For anything about your order, contact the seller. Their phone number is on your order status page.

4. For sellers

You need a mobile number and a password to sell. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what is done from your account.

Your store goes live after we check your address proof. "Verified" means we checked that document. It isn't a guarantee of you, your products or your deliveries.

You must describe your products truthfully, deliver what you sell, refund buyers when an order is cancelled after payment, and follow the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection and tax laws.

Use your buyers' details only to fulfil and support their orders.

5. What can't be sold

Anything illegal in India, counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, hazardous materials, adult content, and anything that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Fair use

Don't use SellOnDM to cheat anyone, send false payment proof, collect other people's data, disrupt the service, or test its security without our written permission.

7. Fees

SellOnDM is free for sellers. We charge no subscription, commission or payment fee. If that ever changes, we will tell sellers before any charge applies.

8. Approval, suspension and changes

We may refuse a store, take a store offline, or correct a store's UPI ID if we believe these terms or the law are being broken, or to protect buyers. Every such change is recorded.

We may change or stop features. We will update these terms when the service changes, and the date above shows the latest version.

9. Names and content

The SellOnDM name and logo belong to us. Sellers keep the rights to their product names, descriptions and photos, and let us show them to buyers for their store.

10. Limits of our responsibility

SellOnDM is provided as it is. We aren't a party to sales, so we aren't responsible for products, deliveries, refunds or payments between buyers and sellers.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first, and we will try to resolve any problem.
